These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.saniagift.com (“Website”) and any purchases made from Sania Gift FZE (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.

By accessing or using our Website and placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You confirm that:

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing orders.

We offer curated gift products including but not limited to:

  • Premium gift boxes

  • Food-based gift baskets

  • Fresh fruit baskets

  • Educational children’s boxes

  • Corporate and customized gift solutions

Certain products may contain food or hygiene-related items. Due to their nature, these items may be non-returnable (see Return Policy).

All product descriptions, imagery, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that:

  • Product descriptions are error-free

  • Images perfectly reflect product appearance

  • Website content is always complete or current

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

  • Cancel orders due to pricing or system errors

If payment has been processed and an order is canceled, a refund will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. DELIVERY & RISK

Delivery timelines are estimates only.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Force majeure events

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery confirmation by the courier.

If a delivery is refused or undeliverable due to incorrect details, additional charges may apply.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations:

  • Food and perishable items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

We reserve the right to refuse claims submitted outside the reporting window.

Approved refunds may be issued as:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund to original payment method (at our discretion)

Transaction processing fees may be non-refundable.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website, including but not limited to:

  • Brand names

  • Product designs

  • Images

  • Marketing materials

are the exclusive property of Sania Gift.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients before consumption.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Public health emergencies

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • War or civil unrest

11. CORPORATE & BULK ORDERS

Corporate, custom-branded, or personalized orders are final sale and non-refundable once production has commenced.

12. PRIVACY

Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable UAE data protection regulations and our Privacy Policy.

13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

14. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
