Dubai
Abu Dhabi
Sharjah
Ajman
Other Emirates within the UAE
For deliveries outside the UAE, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within:
1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
During peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid, holidays, special promotions), processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times within the UAE:
Dubai: 1–2 business days
Other Emirates: 2–4 business days
Same-day or next-day delivery may be available in Dubai (subject to availability).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Free delivery may be offered on selected promotions or minimum order values.
5. Fresh & Perishable Items
For products such as Fresh Fruits Basket, we ensure:
Proper packaging to maintain freshness
Delivery within the shortest possible timeframe
We recommend that customers ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive perishable items. Sania Gift is not responsible for product damage due to absence at the delivery location.
