Return Policy

At SANIA, we curate premium noble heritage gift experiences using natural food and wellness products. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection regulations.


1. FOOD & PERISHABLE PRODUCTS

All products containing food items (including but not limited to dates, honey, olive oil, and black seed oil) are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, unless:

  • The item arrives damaged,

  • The product is defective,

  • The wrong item was delivered,

This policy is in place due to hygiene and food safety regulations in UAE.


2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • Outer packaging

    • Damaged item

    • Shipping label

Failure to report within 24 hours may result in rejection of the claim.

If approved:

  • We may offer a replacement,

  • Or Ecommerce Shop credit,

  • Or a refund (at our discretion).

The return of the damaged item has to be effective before issuing compensation.


3. INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received an incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 24 hours,

  • Item must remain unused and unopened,

  • We will arrange correction.


4. CHANGE OF MIND / BUYER’S REMORSE

Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • We do not provide refunds for personal taste preferences.

  • We do not provide refunds for delayed gifting once order is processed. As mention in product description delivery of orders is between 1 to 3 days.

Orders cannot be canceled once processed or dispatched.


5. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Personalized items (custom messages, custom packaging, corporate branding):

  • Are final sale

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-returnable


6. DELIVERY ISSUES

SANIA is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Recipient unavailable at delivery location (location mentioned by the sender at the time of ordering)

  • Failed delivery attempts

Re-delivery fees may apply.

If a package is refused by the recipient, return shipping costs will be deducted from any potential store credit.


7. REFUND METHOD

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to the original payment method,

  • Processing time: 7–14 business days depending on bank/payment provider,

  • Transaction fees may be non-refundable.

We reserve the right to issue store credit instead of a monetary refund.


8. FRAUD & ABUSE PROTECTION

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject refund claims that appear abusive or fraudulent

  • Request additional verification

  • Limit repeated refund requests

  • Refuse service in cases of policy misuse
